What is telehealth?

Telehealth provides you with the ability to book a phone or video consultation with us whether you are at home, at work or on the go.

What do I need to do telehealth?

You can access this feature using your phone. However, for full compatibility we recommend and prefer using a web-cam and internet enabled computer, mobile device or tablet.

Is it secure?

Yes. The video calls are ‘peer-to-peer encrypted’. This means that the only parties who can access the call are us and you on the devices you are using. The call can't be intercepted by any third parties.

How do I join the call?

Prior to your appointment, you will receive a link via a confirmation email. Click or copy this link and enter the URL into your web browser at the date and time of your appointment. This will enable you to join the chat and enter the virtual room with us.

What happens if a call drops out?

There will be a reconnect button on the screen.

Oops… I can’t hear/see you!

Sometimes this happens. Thankfully almost all issues around this get resolved by hitting the video and/or microphone button on the screen to first disconnect and then reconnect. IT issues solved!

What if I don’t have an internet connection?

We are happy to do things the old fashioned way too and stick to a simple phone call.

Can you do all the same things without seeing me in person?

Almost everything remains the same. If we require an iris photo for iridology, we will let you know and give you specific instructions on what we need you to do. If your issue concerns or relates to blood pressure, then we will ask for your most recent reading, have you take your blood pressure reading manually at home, or direct you accordingly to attend the clinic or seek care elsewhere. Aside from this, the professional advice, treatment, prescription and after-care we provide is as usual.

How long are telehealth appointments for?

30 minutes.

How much do telehealth appointments cost?

Usually telehealth appointments cost $90, however since you are reading this today – and at any time throughout the whole of the COVID-19 pandemic – we can offer you $20 off. We are here to help. Simply present this article and we will honour this deal.

How do I pay for my telehealth appointment?

We are currently working to integrate PayPal with this service so you can pay at the time of booking. However, until then, payments are accepted via credit card over the phone at the end of the appointment.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

Let us know 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled or sooner if possible.

How do I book my telehealth appointment?
